 We ask you careful make your product selections before submitting payment at checkout. We will not accept any returns as our products are all consumable food items, regardless if they have not been opened. All of our products leave our facility in good condition. Brittles are packaged in Large pieces. Should you receive your brittle and it is in tiny pieces or crumbs this is the result of the shipment being dropped and damaged during shipping. You can file a claim for this and we will send a replacement order to you once your claim as been processed with the shipping company you chose at checkout.
